CHRIST THE LORD IS RISEN TODAY

Christ the Lord is risen today, Alleluia! Sons of men and angels say, Alleluia!
Raise your joys and triumphs high, Alleluia! Sing, ye heavens, thou earth reply, Alleluia!

Love's redeeming work is done, Alleluia! Fought the fight, the battle won, Alleluia! Death in vain forbids Him rise! Alleluia! Christ hath opened paradise. Alleluia!

Lives again our glorious King, Alleluia! Where, O death, is now thy sting? Alleluia! Once He died our souls to save, Alleluia! Where's thy victory, O grave? Alleluia!

Soar we now where Christ has led, Alleluia! Following our exalted Head, Alleluia! Made like Him, like Him we rise, Alleluia! Ours the cross, the grave, the skies, Alleluia!

COME, CHRISTIANS, JOIN TO SING

Come, Christians, join to sing, Alleluia! Amen!
Loud praise to Christ our King; Alleluia! Amen!
Let all, with heart and voice, before His throne rejoice; Praise is His gracious choice. Alleluia! Amen!

Come, lift your hearts on high, Alleluia! Amen!
Let praises fill the sky; Alleluia! Amen!
He is our Guide and Friend; to us He’ll condescend; His love shall never end. Alleluia! Amen!

Praise yet our Christ again, Alleluia! Amen!
Life shall not end the strain; Alleluia! Amen!
On heaven’s blissful shore, His goodness we’ll adore, Singing forevermore, “Alleluia! Amen!”

COME LET US JOIN OUR CHEERFUL SONGS

Come, let us join our cheerful songs, with angels round the throne. Ten thousand thousand are their tongues, but all their joys are one.

“Worthy the Lamb that died,” they cry, “To be exalted thus!” “Worthy the Lamb,” our hearts reply, “For He was slain for us!”

Jesus is worthy to receive, honour and power divine;
And blessings more than we can give, be, Lord, forever Thine.

Let all that dwell above the sky, and air and earth and seas, Conspire to lift Thy glories high, and speak Thine endless praise!

The whole creation join in one, to bless the sacred Name Of Him Who sits upon the throne, and to adore the Lamb.

COME THOU ALMIGHTY KING

Come, Thou Almighty King, help us Thy name to sing, help us to praise:
Father all glorious, o’er all victorious, come and reign over us, Ancient of Days.

Come, Thou Incarnate Word, gird on Thy mighty sword, our prayer attend:
Come and Thy people bless, and give Thy word success Spirit of holiness, on us descend.

Come, Holy Comforter, Thy sacred witness bear, in this glad hour:
Thou Who almighty art, Now rule in ev’ry heart, and ne’er from us depart, Spirit of pow’r.

To the great One in Three, eternal praises be, hence evermore:
Thy sov’reign majesty, may we in glory see, and to eternity love and adore.

COME, THOU FOUNT OF EVERY BLESSING

Come, Thou Fount of every blessing, tune my heart to sing Thy grace; Streams of mercy, never ceasing, call for songs of loudest praise. Teach me some melodious sonnet, sung by flaming tongues above. Praise the mount! I’m fixed upon it, mount of God's redeeming love.

Here I raise mine Ebenezer; hither by Thy help I’m come;
And I hope, by Thy good pleasure, safely to arrive at home.
Jesus sought me when a stranger, wandering from the fold of God; He, to rescue me from danger, interposed His precious blood.

O to grace how great a debtor daily I’m constrained to be!
Let Thy goodness, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to Thee. Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it, prone to leave the God I love; Here’s my heart, O take and seal it, seal it for Thy courts above.

CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (x2)

Cast me not away from Thy presence, O Lord, take not Thy Holy Spirit from me; Restore unto me the joy of Thy salvation, and renew a right spirit within me.

CROWN HIM WITH MANY CROWNS

Crown Him with many crowns, the Lamb upon His throne: Hark! How the heav’nly anthem drowns, all music but its own! Awake, my soul, and sing, of Him who died for thee,
And hail Him as thy matchless, King Thru all eternity.

Crown Him the Lord of love: Behold His hands and side
Rich wounds, yet visible above, in beauty glorified;
No angel in the sky, can fully bear that sight,
But downward bends his wond’ring eye, at mysteries so bright.

Crown Him the Lord of life: Who triumphed o’er the grave, Who rose victorious to the strife, for those He came to save; His glories now we sing, Who died and rose on high,
Who died eternal life to bring, and lives that death may die.

Crown Him the Lord of heav’n: One with the Father known, One with the Spirit thru Him giv’n from yonder glorious throne. To Thee be endless praise, for Thou for us hast died;
Be Thou, O Lord, thru endless days, adored and magnified.
