REJOICE, THE LORD IS KING!

Rejoice, the Lord is King! Your Lord and King adore; Mortals give thanks and sing, and triumph evermore;

Lift up your heart, lift up your voice; rejoice, again I say, rejoice!

Jesus, the Saviour, reigns, the God of truth and love; When He had purged our stains He took His seat above;
Chorus

His kingdom cannot fail, He rules o’er earth and heav’n, The keys of death and hell are to our Jesus giv’n;
Chorus

He sits at God’s right hand till all His foes submit, And bow to His command, and fall beneath His feet:
Chorus

RISE UP O MEN OF GOD

Rise up, O men of God! Have done with lesser things.
Give heart and mind and soul and strength, to serve the King of kings.

Rise up, O men of God! The church for you doth wait,
Her strength unequal to her task; rise up and make her great!

Lift high the cross of Christ! Tread where His feet have trod. As brothers of the Son of Man, rise up, O men of God!

ROCK OF AGES

Rock of Ages, cleft for me, let me hide myself in Thee; let the water and the blood,
From Thy riven side which flowed, be of sin the double cure, cleanse me from its guilt and power.

Not the labour of my hands, can fulfil Thy law’s demands; could my zeal no respite know Could my tears for ever flow, all for sin could not atone; Thou must save, and Thou alone.

Nothing in my hand I bring, simply to Thy cross I cling: Naked, come to Thee for dress, Helpless, look to Thee for grace; foul, I to the fountain fly, wash me, Saviour, or I die.

While I draw this fleeting breath, when mine eyelids close in death, When I soar to worlds unknown, see Thee on Thy judgement Throne, Rock of Ages, cleft for me, let me hide myself in Thee.

Optional chorus:
My Rock, my Rock, my Jesus, my Rock (x2)
