SALVATION BELONGS TO OUR GOD

Salvation belongs to our God, who sits upon the throne,
And unto the Lamb, praise and glory, wisdom and thanks, honour and power and strength.

Be to our God forever and ever, be to our God forever and ever.

And we the redeemed shall be strong, in purpose and unity,
Declaring aloud, praise and glory, wisdom and thanks, honour and power and strength.
Chorus

SEE WHAT A MORNING

See, what a morning, gloriously bright, with the dawning of hope in Jerusalem;
Folded the grave-clothes, tomb filled with light, as the angels announce, "Christ is risen!"
See God's salvation plan, wrought in love, borne in pain, paid in sacrifice,
Fulfilled in Christ, the Man, for He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!

See Mary weeping, "Where is He laid?" As in sorrow she turns from the empty tomb;
Hears a voice speaking, calling her name; it's the Master, the Lord raised to life again!
The voice that spans the years, speaking life, stirring hope, bringing peace to us,
Will sound till He appears, for He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!

One with the Father, Ancient of Days, through the Spirit who clothes faith with certainty.
Honour and blessing, glory and praise, to the King crowned with pow'r and authority!
And we are raised with Him, death is dead, love has won, Christ has conquered;
And we shall reign with Him, for He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!

SEEK YE FIRST

Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, And all these things shall be added unto you. Allelu, alleluia.

Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word, That proceeds from the mouth of God. Allelu, alleluia.

Ask and it shall be given unto you, seek and ye shall find, Knock and the door shall be opened unto you. Allelu, alleluia.

SOLDIERS OF CHRIST, ARISE

Soldiers of Christ, arise, and put your armour on,
Strong in the strength which God supplies, through His eternal Son.
Strong in the Lord of hosts, and in His mighty power, Who in the strength of Jesus trusts is more than conqueror.

Stand then in His great might, with all His strength endued, And take, to arm you for the fight, the panoply of God;
Leave no unguarded place, no weakness of the soul, Take every virtue, every grace, and fortify the whole.

From strength to strength go on, wrestle and fight and pray,
Tread all the powers of darkness down, and win the well fought day.
That, having all things done, and all your conflicts passed,
Ye may o’ercome through Christ alone and stand complete at last.

SPEAK, O LORD

Speak, O Lord, as we come to You, to receive the food of Your Holy Word.
Take Your truth, plant it deep in us; shape and fashion us in Your likeness,
That the light of Christ might be seen today, in our acts of love and our deeds of faith. Speak, O Lord, and fulfil in us, all Your purposes for Your glory.

Teach us, Lord, full obedience, Holy reverence, true humility;
Test our thoughts and our attitudes, in the radiance of Your purity.
Cause our faith to rise; cause our eyes to see, Your majestic love and authority.
Words of pow'r that can never fail, let their truth prevail over unbelief.

Speak, O Lord, and renew our minds; help us grasp the heights of Your plans for us
Truths unchanged from the dawn of time, that will echo down through eternity,
And by grace we'll stand on Your promises, and by faith we'll walk as You walk with us.
Speak, O Lord, till Your church is built, and the earth is filled with Your glory.

SPIRIT OF THE LIVING GOD

Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me.
Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me.
Break me, melt me, mould me, fill me.
Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me.

STAND UP, STAND UP FOR JESUS

Stand up, stand up for Jesus! ye soldiers of the cross;
Lift high His royal banner, it must not suffer loss:
From vict’ry unto vict’ry, His army shall He lead,
Till every foe is vanquished, and Christ is Lord indeed.

Stand up, stand up for Jesus! The trumpet call obey:
Forth to the mighty conflict, in this His glorious day;
Ye that are His now serve Him against unnumbered foes;
Let courage rise with danger, and strength to strength oppose.

Stand up, stand up for Jesus! Stand in His strength alone,
The arm of flesh will fail you, ye dare not trust your own;
Put on the Gospel armour, each piece put on with prayer,
Where calls the voice of duty, be never wanting there.

Stand up, stand up for Jesus! the strife will not be long;
This day the noise of battle, the next the victor’s song;
To him that overcometh a crown of life shall be;
He with the King of glory shall reign eternally.
