Speaker – Desmond Venter
Pastor Des hails from the Vaal Triangle, and after a brief sojourn into Quantity Surveying began full time pastoral ministry in 2001.
He obtained a sound theological training having successfully completed his Master’s of Divinity at The Master Seminary (Los Angeles), and is currently studying towards his Doctorate.
Pastor Des and Sharon have been married for 20 years and are blessed with 7 children, Meaghan, Caleb, Micah, Benjamin, Talitha, Zimkhitha and Thembi. Pastor Des has been serving at Grace Toti since 2008, and has great love for the church and the community in which it is situated.
What to Bring
- Meetings – bible, notebook and pen
- Bedding – Pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blanket/duvet or sleeping bag
- Eating Utensils – Plate, bowl, cup/mug, cutlery and dishcloth
- Toiletries – Personal toiletries, towel, sunscreen (bring an old towel to place on the shower floor for your convenience)
- Sport – Balls, bats, racquets, etc
- Hiking – Hiking shoes
- Swimming – Costume, towel and sunscreen
- Evenings – Warm clothing
- Other – torch
- Mom’s with Babies – please bring a bath for your baby as there are only showers in the rooms
- Ladies – Please bring biscuits/cake for our tea times
