The Light Has Come – John 1:6-13

John uses 3 different metaphors to show the deity of Christ, how Jesus is God: He calls Him the Word, the Life, and the Light:

– Christ is the Word because IN Him, God speaks.
– Christ is the Life because through Him, God gives life.
– Christ is the Light because BY Him, everything is illuminated.

Spiritual truth & life cannot be found outside of Jesus, God’s Son.
